We prepare and file one (1) State Articles of Incorporation with the appropriate state agency, creating the legal foundation for your nonprofit. No hidden fees or additional costs. Filing fees are included with the Compass plan.

Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
We register your organization and obtain it's federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS, enabling your nonprofit to open bank accounts, apply for grants, hire employees, and conduct business.

Form 1023 Preparation & Submission
Our team completes and submits IRS Form 1023 or 1023-EZ necessary to become a tax exempt 501c3 nonprofit organization. We ensure your application is accurate, complete, and prepared for review. There are no hidden fees or additional costs. Filing fees are included with the Compass plan. NOTE: Final decision is at the discretion of IRS. We make no guarantees of approval.
